Brief

Southeast Toyota is the world’s largest independent distributor of Toyota and Scion vehicles. The company’s vehicle processing facilities distribute cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans, and parts and accessories to 175 independent Toyota dealers in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and North and South Carolina. SET dealers sell approximately 20 percent of all Toyota vehicles sold in the United States.

An additional tool was requested to help dealers acquire used Toyota vehicles. The catch? This tool had to make use of the fancy marketing portal we built.

Accomplished

A letter with an appraisal offer was created and generated by the marketing portal. Dealers can target their customers based on the vehicle year and model they are interested in acquiring. The letter prompts the Toyota owner to visit an appraisal website, where data regarding the owners’ current vehicle is collected. This data is fed to the dealer, providing them with additional knowledge about the condition of the vehicle, outstanding balance on the vehicle and how the owner wants to be contacted. Dealers are armed with the information they need to estimate trade-in value.
