Southeast Toyota Web-to-Print Portal
Southeast Toyota is the world’s largest independent distributor of Toyotas and Scions. The company’s vehicle processing facilities distribute cars, trucks and vans, and parts and accessories to 173 independent Toyota dealers in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and North and South Carolina. SET dealers sell approximately 20 percent of all Toyotas sold in the United States.
SET wanted an efficient way to provide it’s dealers with a marketing channel that combined ultra-targeted lists with customizable direct mail templates, while still maintaining Toyota brand guidelines.
Working with SET’s internal marketing department and advertising agency, we built an online marketing interface that allows dealers to order marketing materials with specific SET incentives and personalized offers.
The project included construction of the site, design of materials, integration of data, definition of variables, programming of templates, and customization options. We fulfill 100% of orders, printing, mailing services, technical support, legal interface and site promotion to dealers.
