Fact — not all agencies are created equal. Several weeks ago our office received a call from a very frustrated online retailer seeking a solution to a problem with his website that his current agency told him was impossible to fix. But, was it really impossible?
Within several minutes of introducing ourselves and listening to his dilemma, our team had a few ideas about how we might be able to resolve it and accepted the challenge. Before the hour was up, we not only solved his “impossible” website problem, but we had also begun to build a relationship and rapport with him. This ultimately may grow into a bigger picture client-agency partnership between Technetium and this internet retailer.
This is just one example of why it is crucial to partner with the right agency. The website issue wasn’t impossible; it just required creative problem solving and a knowledgeable team of people who were willing to take ownership. We weren’t expecting this client to call us about an “impossible” issue, but when they did, simply passing it off as impossible isn’t how we work here at Technetium. There is always a solution.
